They are the same details you find at the foot of every page. Here they are set out in full, because that is what Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 asks of anyone who keeps a site like this one open.

What I do, and what I don’t do

I work on movement: exercise, perception, habits. The profession I practise is kinesiology, recognised and governed by Art. 41 of Italian Legislative Decree 36/2021, and it is not a regulated healthcare profession.

I don’t do what a doctor does, and I never do it in their place. I work alongside whoever is looking after you medically: what I offer sits next to that, it does not replace it. If you need a doctor, I’ll say so and point you to one.

Mine is a profession with no chartered order or register behind it: in Italy it is governed by Law no. 4 of 14 January 2013.

What you are reading here

The pages of this site describe a way of working: how I look at movement, what happens in an Assessment, how a Program is built and what I ask of the people who start one.

They are not personal advice and they do not stand in for what a doctor tells you. Until we have spoken I know nothing about you, and nothing you read here was written for your case.

I promise no timelines and no outcomes. What I do promise is written in the pages: attention, and a direction I correct the moment the evidence changes.

The words and the photographs

I wrote the words on this site. The photographs are mine, or I use them with the permission of the people who took them.

They are not to be republished or reused elsewhere without asking me first. Asking is easy: write to me.

This page and the privacy notice point to documents that belong to other people: Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the site of the Italian data protection authority.

Those documents are their responsibility, not mine. I point to them because you should be able to read them, but I don’t control them and they can change without anyone telling me.
